Sunday is the last time the curtain will rise for the Foothills Fall Festival, and organizers are planning to go out with a bang.

Community relations manager Jane Groff said the city is looking to book a series of events in the future to help fill the void left behind by the festival, but they're not sure what that will be at this time.
